I was having a wander about last year with a friend of mine through some woodlands in a village in Norfolk, United Kingdom. only to our surprise, we found this old dairy farm that must have had been abandoned for many years and now remains in a derelict condition.
Of course, being curious folk as we are, we had to take a closer look and have a good nose around to see what gems were to be found to get on camera.
It’s amazing what you can find just by walking around places you have never been. I certainly never expected to come across this interesting place of farming history.
Didn’t have my DSLR with me at the time, just my LG G4 phone.
These are some more of the photographs I had taken on this wonderful but, kind of sad discovery.
I hope you enjoy viewing these photo’s as much as I enjoyed taking them.
This is the old milking room that has seen better days. It’s strange how good condition the old chair is considering how long it has been there exposed to the outside atmosphere. I guess they don’t make them like they used to.
I’m not sure why this farm and it’s house was just abandoned or when but I would think it has been empty since at least the 1970’s judging by some of the things that were left there as you will see in my future posts on here.
