In the last quarter century, the increase in the number of vehicles and problems in traffic has increased the need for automatic vehicle recognition and traffic flow control systems. Defining the redirects to this purpose when passing from a basic point of view, adding the tool, observing the behaviors and making these data difficult.

Plate Identification System detects the plate area on the vehicle image obtained from the cameras and decomposes the characters on the plate. Character recognition (Image Processing) is the process of reading with methods.
