Coconut is a very useful plant. Coconut oil is used in cosmetics, medicinal and culinary. Indonesia, Philippines, India, Brazil and Srilanka are the top five Coconut producers in the world.

In this article, we will discuss about the benefits of Coconut water. Please note that coconut milk is different from coconut water. Coconut water is the liquid inside a premature coconut. Whereas, coconut milk is prepared by the emulsion of the grated meat (white part), which is present inside the coconut. Unlike coconut milk, the water does not have cholesterol or fat.
