Wayne Dyer once said “When you change the way you look at things; the things you look at change”. If we could see life from another’s shoes; we might see things from a different perspective and change how we “look” at things…even how we react to things. That is Empathy, the world needs more empathy. That doesn’t mean you’re required to fix anything for another…just empathize and/or offer a helping hand when you can. The beauty of everyday life goes unnoticed by most; many tiny miracles happen every second and it’s amazing. I challenge you to see things with a different view…give someone a different perspective if only for a minute and you’ll have begun the practice of empathy. An avalanche of empathy and kindness only needs a few small pebbles to get things rolling.
