For my this is an experiment. This is my first article and I want to see what will happen after publication. Not about technical stuff like a lot of other articles at Trybe. But music is a passion of me and therefore this subject. I like a lot of music, from punk to easy listening.
At Friday 23 November my wife and me went to Germany to visit a solo show of the Irish singer songwriter Eleanor McEvoy. It was a special performance as the podium was placed in a museum. I never visited a museum to watch a music show. For her it was special too, “I never performed in a museum”, she said. Without our presence the avarage age of the 70 headed audience should be 2 years more 😉
It was 1993 when she debuted with a song called Only a woman’s heart. Very sensitive and since then I follewed her and listened the albums. Her songs can be characterized as very relaxed Irish folk with candid lyrics.
We made five videos of this striking performance I want to share with you. Watch and I hope you enjoy them.
She’s a nice singer and a nice ambiente for such songs!
