iOS App

You can install iOS version from Open the link from your iPhone and you will be able to install the beta version using Apple’s TestFlight app. You don’t have to contact me and give your email to install the beta app. This is a new feature recently added to TestFlight. But since I don’t have information to contact you, please contact me through comments or email.

Installing Chrome Extension

Chrome Extension is currently waiting for review from Chrome Web Store. Latest test version can be downloaded from PushAuthenticatorPro_v0.9.1.crx.

  1. Right click link and select “Save Link As…” to download.
  2. Open chrome extension page from menu “Windows – Extension”
  3. Find downloaded crx file and drag to chrome://extensions tab.

Basic Usage – Pairing app with Chrome Extension and using Push Request

  1.  Install iOS app and Chrome Extension
  2. Open Chrome Extension menu and click “Pair App”
  3. Open iOS app and select “settings-Pair Chrome Extension”.
  4. Scan the QR code to pair app and Chrome extension.
  5. Scan 2FA QR code for your logins.
  6. Supported sites (Eg. will have a icon inside the 2FA code input box. Click the icon to send push request.
  7. For unsupported sites, you can use the extension menu and select “Send 2FA Push Request”.
  8. Select “Send” from the app to send 2FA code to chrome extension.
  9. Chrome extension will receive the code and paste and submit 2FA code for supported sites. For unsupported sites, the code will be copied to the clipboard.

I’m actively adding supported sites. Please contact me if your favorite site is currently not supported.

iOS Action Extension – using Action Extension on iOS Safari/Chrome

  1. From Safari or Chrome on your iPhone, select export and choose “Push Authenticator Pro” from Activities list(Grey icons). If it’s not available you can scroll to the right and select “More” to manage the list.
  2. Push Authenticator Pro will present matching 2FA code for the site. Select “Copy” and the 2FA code is copied to the clipboard.
  3. Paste the 2FA code to the input box. (Tap the input box to focus. The tap-hold and release to show menu. Select “Paste”)

      Thanks for the interest. Android version is currently being developed. Beta version should be available in two weeks. I’ll post an article about the Android beta version when it’s available.
