The secret of mastering optimal use of your time is by mastering yourself first. Coming to grip with yourself will add a dose of motivation for you to do what you love doing with out most commitment.

In this articles, i will share with you some tips on how you can master your time and take absolute control of the wheels to your life.

first of, lemme go ahead and give you a little break down of time.

There are 8760 hours in a year, 730 hours in a month, and 168 hours in a week. this will sum up  to 250 working days in a year. 90% of people spend averagely 72 hours per week working. what you do with this time is a function of how well you will leverage yourself.

Here are some tips to help you optimize your time and unleash your full potentials.

 

1. Engage yourself with lucrative activities: As an Entrepreneur, there are vast activities you can engage yourself with, but you have to focus on the paramount activities. For instance, you should not spend time  moweing your lawn on weekdays when you can simply just pay someone to do it for you for a couple of dollars. What this means in a nutshell is that you should not waste your time doing $20 task when you $20,000 task to focus on. doing this will help you leverage your time and proportionally leverage yourself and your life at large.

2. Avoid time wasting people and places: There are a lot of distractions that deviates us from attaining our daily goals ranging from notifications on our cell phones, gossiping friends and family members, dramatic neighbors who always want to tell us how the Dog jammed the door etc. There is an old African proverb which say “if someone wastes 10 minutes of your time, 8 out of that 10 minutes is your fault”. you need to learn how to snooze on time wasting people.

3. Prioritize: This simply means focusing first on what matters most. there is an old African proverb which says: “you kill a snake first before killing a worm” this proverb said it all. for instance, if you see a snake and an earth worm, you obviously have to kill the snake first. because an earth worth will still be there even if you take a trip back and forth “WAKANDA LAND”.
