According to a tweet by Attorney Jake Chervinsky, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will not decide until December for nine Btccoin ETF previously rejected. In addition, on November 2, 2018, Ran NeuNer gave a false tweet with expressions that the SEC would probably make a statement for bitcoin ETFs on November 5, 2018.

The lawyer suggests in his tweet that he will need more time to examine the statements submitted before the SEC makes its final decision.

In addition, Chervinsky states that the deadline for SEC personnel to decide about VanEck/SolidX ETF is 29 December 2018. He also emphasises that the history can be extended up to 27 February 2019. After that, Ran Neuner retracted his tweet. Ran Neuner said that the SEC had made an incorrect share of the latest ETF tariii and therefore stopped the wild speculation game on Twitter.

Hot rumour about bitcoin ETF

The long-term war between the financial observer and the crypto community emerged on July 27, 2018, when the SEC rejected an application by the Winklevoss brothers to obtain the approval of a Bitcoin ETF.

In August 2018, the American Financial Editor refused nine more applications in the United States requiring permission to market a Bitcoin ETF. Surprisingly, the SEC came to this decision after a review session that lasted more than eight months.
